Cosy 2 bedroom home from home
I met Lauren just as I had completed buying my very first investment property. I was also just about to close on a second. Despite doing my due diligence, although it was an exciting time, it was also daunting and I dread to think what I would have done without Lauren's guidance! Not only on her super efficient property-must-have-list (there was so much I had never even thought of!) but she also helped identify seasonal trends in the locations of my properties which helped me financially forecast.
Lauren has an extensive networking list of essential suppliers, trades people and those all-important guests and tenants; Lauren really did get my business off to the best possible start I could have imagined. Our ongoing working relationship has been phenomenal. She has one hell of a work ethic, nothing has been too much trouble for her. When the inevitable happens (eg. the odd problem guest) she has been there managing everything seamlessly.
I'm so grateful to her for the effort and commitment she applies. I'm so lucky to now also call her a friend.

Thought that the customer service was second to none. Lauren the Manager was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and was able to contact her at any time of day. If she was unable to answer my call, she phoned back straight a way. I advised when we arrived home that there were no drinks mats, she texted me to say that she had put them in the apartment that day. The apartment was lovely and the location was brilliant. Also great value for money - would highly recommend

Incredible place to stay! Would definitely go back without a doubt. Lauren was spot on in relation to getting back to us and giving us all info we needed to get on site, she was extremely helpful at all times. The house was modern, warm, amazing kitchen, so relaxed and outside is super nice. Town is literally like 5 mins away walking, super cheap secure car park across the road, £8 for like 2 nights!

Lauren was incredible with communication before and during our stay.. The apartment was in an excellent location and the panoramic views were stunning. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful 😍 Very well equipped, comfortable beds and a superb bath!

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable from the dining table to sofas to the beds! lovely! Lauren is a brilliant communicator, kept us informed before we stayed , sending messages with details of how to find the apartment, and even answered a call from me at 7pm when I needed help. Knowing Lauren was friendly and helpful made the stay stress free!

Our stay at Lauren’s house was amazing. It was such a spacious home and provided everything you need for a stay away from home. The decor was very well thought out and very cosy. It was also very clean and even better than what it looks like in pictures. Lauren was a fantastic host from the first time we made an enquiry till the very last. We would definitely recommend this property for future guests.
