Listing Creation
Do you want to jump feet first into short term rentals but have no idea where to start? We will create your listing for you and give you all the tools you need to begin. Then we can hand over the reins for you to self manage, or we can discuss our management packages and start earning you revenue from day 1.
Co-Host
Perfect for those who enjoy more of a hands on approach and just need an extra bit of support with managing the bookings and guest communication.
Premium
We take care of the day to day management of your holiday let for a percentage of your accommodation total. This package is great for those who like to manage their own invoices. Cleaning & linen will be arranged by us, but all invoices will be issued by the company directly to you, the owner.
Platinum
If you want to start working on your business rather than in it, this is the holy grail of packages! We take care of everything for a percentage of your earnings - management, cleaning and linen included on one invoice, per month.
Stock Replenishment - We will top up the essentials such as toilet rolls, tea & coffee and invoice you accordingly. You can choose which items you would like to include for your guests., e.g dishwasher tablets and laundry powder, etc.
Cleaning - A cleaning fee is usually an additional fee which is charged to the guest (separate to their nightly rate). For Premium packages, the cleaning will be arranged by us, but all invoices will be issued by the company directly to you. For Platinum packages, we will take 100% of the cleaning fee as part of our fees and will manage all of the invoices.
Linen - For Premium packages, linen will be arranged by us, but all invoices will be issued by the company directly to you. For Platinum packages, all linen fees will be included in our monthly management fee.
Repairs - This can include things such as replacing damaged items, changing locks, etc. These will be arranged by us but invoiced and paid for by you, the owner. We can arrange a repair limit where a pre-approval is not needed for emergency repairs. For example, all repairs over £150 need approval first.
